Core and Bodyweight Workout Plan


Do one minute of each exercise, as many as you can in good form.  Don’t get sloppy and make sure you go through the full range of motion for each exercise.

  1. Get your heart rate up with 1 minute of jumping jacks or jumprope
  2. Situps
  3. “V” ups (legs and arms both up)
  4. 1 minute elbo plank
  5. Pushups
  6. Squats (as low as you can go)

Repeat 3 times or as many as you can.
