8:30am-10:00am
11:30am-1:00pm
3:30pm-5:00pm
6:00pm-8:00pm

Remember, every Friday is Sparring Day!

SATURDAY
Morning Active Rest Day – no classses

SUNDAY
Morning 7:30am-9:30am
Evening no evening class – active rest day
