girl-429020We all know that boxers are in fantastic physical condition.  You can get in that same great condition without ever setting foot in a competitive boxing ring!  At Eppolito Boxing Gym, we use the same techniques and training to get you in the best shape of your life — whether you are training for the ring or just getting into tip top shape.  If you are looking for something fast-paced and new, a little unconventional where your workout time will be fun and fly by, boxing is perfect!

You can punch your way into shape, get rid of stress, and learn a method of defending yourself.  You’ll develop cardio endurance, muscle, stamina and discipline as you learn the techniques of boxing and the skills of the ring.  It is a high intensity workout mixing running, jumprop, speedbag, heavy bag, striking bags, mirror work, core work, body weight exercises and fast-paced coaching in the ring with one of our awesome coaches.
