Friday evening classes are always special fun because on Fridays, we spar! Get in the ring and square off against an opponent and get a good idea of what boxing in the ring feels like. Test your skill and speed! Our coaches are there to work with you on technique and methods, but you get to put yourself in the ring against another study (both of you in the proper safety gear of course) and test each other.
This is a great way to end your week on an exercise high, shake off all the stress from the work week and make sure you get a great night’s sleep.
