Do one minute of each exercise, as many as you can in good form. Don’t get sloppy and make sure you go through the full range of motion for each exercise.
- Get your heart rate up with 1 minute of jumping jacks or jumprope
- Situps
- “V” ups (legs and arms both up)
- 1 minute elbo plank
- Pushups
- Squats (as low as you can go)
Repeat 3 times or as many as you can.
