Core and Bodyweight Workout Plan

Do one minute of each exercise, as many as you can in good form. ┬áDon’t get sloppy and make sure you go through the full range of motion for each exercise.

  1. Get your heart rate up with 1 minute of jumping jacks or jumprope
  2. Situps
  3. “V” ups (legs and arms both up)
  4. 1 minute elbo plank
  5. Pushups
  6. Squats (as low as you can go)

Repeat 3 times or as many as you can.
