You can punch your way into shape, get rid of stress, and learn a method of defending yourself. You’ll develop cardio endurance, muscle, stamina and discipline as you learn the techniques of boxing and the skills of the ring. It is a high intensity workout mixing running, jumprop, speedbag, heavy bag, striking bags, mirror work, core work, body weight exercises and fast-paced coaching in the ring with one of our awesome coaches.
